Frankford United 3 v Birr Town 3- November 19
Birr Town girls U10 played Frankford United. The girls knew it was gong to be a tough match but only 5 minutes after kick off they had their first goal. It was a strong and physical game but the girls stuck to the game plan of passing and using all players which lead to their second goal. Frankford brought it back to 2-1 before half time.
Birr took their positions for the second half and stood strong again, a little fumble gave an OG and it was a draw for the first time. It was back to business from then passing the ball the whole way from back line to goal end... the girls were rewarded with their third goal! The game ended with a 3 all draw with frankford scoring from a free kick just outside the box.
What a exciting game!!! Well done to our U10 girls. Brilliant
